The Philippine Consulate General in Manado - ATN Section intends to procure Procurement of One (1) Official Phone for the Consul General and Two (2) Official Phones for the ATN Team through Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement (Sec. 53.09) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
