ADVISORY ON OVERSEAS VOTING FOR THE 2025 NATIONAL ELECTIONS
12 March 2025, Manado - All registered Filipino overseas voters residing in North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, West Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, Gorontalo, Maluku, North Maluku, Papua, Highland Papua, West Papua, South Papua, Southwest Papua, North Kalimantan, & East Kalimantan whose names appear in the Certified List of Overseas Voters (CLOV) in this link
are eligible to vote in the 2025 National Elections from 13 April to 12 May 2025.
Procedures for Internet Voting Enrolment will be announced soon.

(21 January 2025) - The Philippine Consulate General in Manado is pleased to inform Filipinos in Indonesia that the Certified List of Overseas Voter (CLOV) and the National Registry of Overseas Voters can now be viewed using the link.
In order to view the list and registry, make use of a desktop or laptop computer's web browser. Or, if using a phone, edit your web browser settings by selecting the 'desktop site' version.
Filipino overseas voters are advised to regularly monitor the official website and social media pages of the COMELEC and the Consulate General for further announcements, including the schedule, venue and other details of the upcoming 2025 Midterm Election and Overseas Voting.
